內房股普遍由低位反彈 潤地/合景泰富/融創/雅居樂/碧桂園/富力漲逾5%-12%
中國恆大(03333.HK)債務危機風暴,導致中國主權信用違約互換周一逼近一年高,瑞銀預計內房物業交付和再融資憂慮將會加劇。然而,近期反覆尋底的內房股今天普遍反彈,尤其是富力(02777.HK)獲兩大主要股東提供80億元資金支持應付短期到期債務,該股扭五連跌,股價由至少逾八年低位曾反彈高見4.9元,現報4.83元,反彈12.6%。 碧桂園(02007.HK)股價由逾四年半低位反彈午後高見7.14元,現報7.11元,反彈8.6%,為最強藍籌;旗下碧桂園服務(06098.HK)斥最多100億人民幣收購綜合物管公司富良環球,獲野村重申「買入」評級看86.4元,以反映有關收購影響正面,碧桂園服務股價由逾九個月低位反彈5.9%曾高見48.45元。 藍籌潤地(01109.HK)回升5.4%報29.25元,股價重越50天、20天及10天線(28.9-29.03元);藍籌中海外(00688.HK)扭五連跌,股價由逾八個月低位反彈逾3%報16.32元。 融創中國(01918.HK)由今早所創逾4年低位12.76元,掉頭倒升6.9%,報13.88元。旭輝(00884.HK)由逾年半低位回升5.5%報4.58元。時代中國(01233.HK)由逾四年低位反彈5.6%報6.04元。世茂(00813.HK)由近三年低位反彈5.5%報14.12元。 萬科(02202.HK)、綠城中國(03900.HK)、正榮地產(06158.HK)、奧園(03883.HK)、佳兆業(01638.HK)、龍光(03380.HK)、合景泰富(01813.HK)及雅居樂(03383.HK)反彈逾3%-7%,後兩者彈力最強,股價分別由近3年及逾4年低位回升5.8%及7.4%,報6.38元及6.53元。 然而,中國恆大反覆低見2.12元(暫守穩昨天盤中所創逾十年低位2.06元),現報2.21元,反覆續跌逾3%;合生創展(00754.HK)考驗牛熊線(25.86元),最低見24.75元,現報25.85元,反覆續跌2.6%。
