新地(00016.HK)指從未收到「中央向香港地產商施壓」
新鴻基地產(00016.HK)表示,近日留意到有媒體宣稱「中央政府向香港地產商施壓」,而截至目前,公司從未收到媒體所指的消息,亦從不贊成壟斷市場的行爲。
新地表示,一直履行在環境、社會及企業管治方面的承諾,主動配合特區政府,參與土地共享計劃及建設大型過渡性房屋。
新地指,隨着國安法實施、新選舉制度落實,香港進入「由治及興」的新階段,經濟持續復甦,加上國家「十四五」規劃的支持,新地長期看好香港與內地的發展機遇,將繼續加大兩地投資,協助香港融入國家發展大局。
