市場擔心本港與內地房產發展商所面臨風險,港股今日受地產及金融股拖累急滑。美股道指及納指上週五各跌0.48%及0.9%,美國財長耶倫撰文促請美國會上調債務上限,否則將引發將引發經濟衰退;執筆之時美國十年期國債孳息率升至1.343釐,美匯指數升至93.36,美股道指期貨最新跌491點或1.4%,納指期貨最新跌1%。內地A股因中秋節今明兩日休市,週三(22日)復市。 恆指今早低開280點後跌幅擴大,中午前曾跌1,048點一度低見23,871點,午後跌幅略爲收窄,全日跌821點或3.3%,收24,099點;國指跌301點或3.4%,收8,638點;恆生科技指數跌180點或2.8%,收6,271點。大市全日成交總額1,417.87億元,滬、深港通南下交易因內地中秋節假期暫停。 【恆指守兩萬四 恆地挫逾一成】 外電引述消息指內地要求本港地產商支持解決住房短缺問題,投資者擔心地產股面臨不明朗因素,恆地(00012.HK)及新世界發展(00017.HK)股價各挫13.2%及12.3%,新地(00016.HK)跌10.3%,長實集團(01113.HK)及信置(00083.HK)各跌9.3%及5.6%。 摩根大通發表報告表示,外電近日引述消息指中央已要求香港發展商爲解決香港的房屋供應問題作出積極貢獻,該行從早前內地教育和澳門博彩等不同行業過去監管不明朗的經驗,令市場將關注本港地產開發商要如何迴應緩解房屋問題,估計本港地產股短期股價將跑輸大市。該行關注本港地產開發商要如何迴應緩解房屋問題的不確定性,料將是相關股份近期表現不佳的因素。 【跌股逾千六隻 內房內銀齊跌 】 港股今日主板市寬轉弱,主板股票的升跌比率爲5比40(上日爲23比18),下跌1,695只(跌幅3.9%);恆指成份股今日3只股份上升,下跌股份57只,升跌比率爲5比95(上日爲50比43);大市今日錄沽空267.77億元,佔可沽空股份成交1,182.16億元的22.651%(上日18.767%)。 恆大(03333.HK)跌10.2%報2.28元,恆大物業(06666.HK)跌11.3%。奧園(03883.HK)及融創(01918.HK)股價各跌12%及10.5%。中資金融股向下,中國平安(02318.HK)股價下滑5.8%收51.35元,招行(03968.HK)及民行(01988.HK)股價各走低9.4%及5.9%。中國平安發言人強調在不動產相關的投資風險可控,保險資金不動產相關投資佔比4.9%,遠低於監管要求,對恆大(03333.HK)等市場傳言的主要風險房地產爲零敞口,另外就華夏幸福的減值撥備超過60%,認爲風險已經充分釋放。 高盛發表報告指,上市內險企業涉內房板塊風險敞口有限,尤其是對比起行業平均而言,該行壓力測試顯示,即使所有上市內險企業的股票和債務投資大幅虧損,他們仍然能夠維持超過100%的核心償付能力充足率。(wl/a) ~
