正商實業(00185.HK)擬發行1.6億美元優先票據
格隆匯9月17日丨正商實業(00185.HK)發佈公吿,2021年9月16日,公司、母公司擔保人及附屬公司擔保人與國泰君安國際、海通國際、建銀國際、盛源證券、交銀國際、萬海證券、東建資管、中州國際及萬盛金融控股就發行於2024到期的1.6億美元12.50釐優先票據訂立購買協議。
公司擬將建議發行票據所得款項淨額用於對將於一年內到期的現有中長期境外債務進行再融資。公司或會應市況變動調整其計劃,並因而重新調配所得款項淨額用途。公司將尋求票據於聯交所上市。
