延安必康(002411.SZ)：控股子公司與億恩科電池簽署長期戰略合作協議 確定六氟磷酸鋰產品的供應量及採購量
格隆匯9月15日丨延安必康(002411.SZ)公佈，公司控股子公司江蘇九九久科技有限公司(“九九久科技”、“乙方”)於2021年9月15日與湖州崑崙億恩科電池材料有限公司(“億恩科電池”、“甲方”)簽署《長期戰略合作協議》。
雙方協商確定六氟磷酸鋰產品的供應量及採購量。乙方承諾：在產品符合產品技術參數要求及價格存在市場競爭力的前提下，2022年供貨不低於720噸；2023年供貨不低於3600噸；2024年供貨不低於6000噸；2025年供貨不低於6000噸。甲方承諾：在產品符合產品技術參數要求及價格存在市場競爭力的前提下，按照乙方可供應數量，足量採購乙方產品。實際供貨量和實際採購量以每月經雙方蓋章確認的訂單為準。
此外，甲乙雙方還對六氟磷酸鋰產品技術參數、質量要求及驗收程序，產品價格、結算方式和期限、違約責任、協議的變更與終止、商業祕密、合規經營承諾等方面做了明確的規定。
協議自雙方蓋章和授權代表簽字後生效，至2025年12月31日協議期滿或經雙方協商後書面確認終止時終止。
億恩科電池系全國領先的鋰電池電解液研發、生產和銷售企業，在新能源電解質相關產品領域擁有先進的技術及豐富的經驗，公司控股子公司九九久科技系國內最早從事六氟磷酸鋰研發和生產的龍頭企業之一，此次雙方基於友好合作、平等互利、市場運作、優勢互補、合作共贏的原則建立長期穩定的合作關係，一方面有利於行業上下游形成緊密的供需聯動，充分發揮雙方優勢，長期互利共贏，強化九九久科技的市場競爭優勢。另一方面也有利於加快公司戰略佈局的實現，進一步完善公司的產業佈局，提升公司新能源板塊業務的競爭力，提高公司盈利水平，促進公司持續、健康、穩步發展。目前控股子公司九九久科技已與行業內多家主流電解液及鋰電池生產廠家確定了長期合作關係，逐步建立並鞏固了優質且穩定的客户羣體，後續控股子公司九九久科技將繼續與業內各大客户保持密切合作。
