澳門中華總商會:支持修改博彩法 賭牌數量應以穩定及健康為總體大原則
據《澳門日報》報道,澳門特區政府就修改《娛樂場幸運博彩經營法律制度》公開諮詢。全國政協常委、澳門中華總商會會長馬有禮支持政府修法,並稱澳門特區政府為了配合未來賭牌的重新競投,就修改博彩法展開公開諮詢,完善博彩規範,加強監管到位。
馬有禮指出,澳門六家持牌賭場的牌照將於明年到期,明確幸運博彩的發展方向及規模,包括經營娛樂場幸運博彩的批給數量、批給期限,是諮詢內容的重中之重。現時「三正三副」的賭牌,有其歷史因素,但澳門博彩業從業人員佔就業人口的百分之十七,在短期經濟發展中,仍擔當十分重要的地位和角色,故博彩業的牌照、賭桌數量等須深入研判及分析,並應以「穩定」、「健康」為總體大原則,作出行業發展規模的定調。
