根據Wind(萬得資訊)顯示，截至2021年9月14日，公司股票動態市盈率為40.02倍，公司所屬紡織服裝行業動態市盈率為15.66倍，公司當前的動態市盈率高於同行業。
截至2021年9月14日，“康隆轉債”票面價格溢價223.49%，轉股價值溢價253.33%，存在轉債溢價率和轉股溢價率均較高的情況。截至2021年9月13日，“康隆轉債”的債券餘額僅為4111.9萬元，亦存在較大的被強制贖迴風險。
公司擬通過增資及轉讓的方式獲得丙戊天成不低於33.33%股權,具體方式、轉讓金額及轉讓股份比例尚未最終確定，尚需展開全面盡調、評估及談判，能否順利推進存在較大的不確定性。
丙戊天成2019年度淨利潤為273.84萬元，2020年度淨利潤為-790.44萬元，2021 年上半年淨利潤為1007.51萬元，其經營業績波動較大，存在經營穩定性風險。
如若最終確定的丙戊天成估值較高，則公司存在投資回報週期較長，形成較大商譽的風險，且給上市公司帶來的收益較為有限。
公司持股51%的控股孫公司易恆網際經營的電子通信設備業務存在部分合同執行異常的情況，存在應收賬款逾期風險、相關存貨可能無法足額變現的風險。
2021年上半年，公司實現營業收入4.85億元，同比增長5.84%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤2048.36萬元，同比減少50.20%；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤-1969.72萬元，同比減少158.12%。2021年半年度存在業績下滑的風險。
截至2021年8月31日，公司賬面貨幣資金餘額2.58億元，不受限資金餘額1.50億元，一年內到期有息負債5.73億元，公司貨幣資金相對緊張。
截至2021年9月10日，公司控股股東東大針織及其一致行動人合計質押股份數量佔其持有公司股份總數的41.78%，存在一定質押風險。
