富臨精工(300432.SZ)：與恆信融在鹽湖鋰資源綜合開發、利用及鋰電上游原材料產業佈局及投資方面達成戰略合作協議
格隆匯9月14日丨富臨精工(300432.SZ)公佈，公司與青海恆信融鋰業科技有限公司(“恆信融”)經友好協商，就在鋰資源產業鏈、供應鏈和價值鏈升級和延伸方面建立長期合作關係，在鹽湖鋰資源綜合開發、利用及鋰電上游原材料產業佈局及產業投資方面建立戰略合作關係，達成本戰略合作協議。
公吿顯示，恆信融主要從事鹽湖滷水礦產資源的提煉生產應用等業務，主要開展含有金屬鋰的化合物的提煉生產及相關產品的開發應用，擁有較為完備先進的提煉生產技術工藝及設備，一期年產2萬噸電池級碳酸鋰工廠已投產，主要產品是碳酸鋰材料，可用於生產新能源汽車電池等。公司主要價值為國內首家利用以正滲透膜為核心的組合膜法工藝技術對滷水礦資源進行加工以提煉碳酸鋰材料的礦物資源加工提煉業務，以及位於青海大柴旦行委西台吉乃爾湖東北深層 394.26 平方公里的滷水鉀礦勘探權及未來的開採權。
甲方：綿陽富臨精工股份有限公司，乙方：青海恆信融鋰業科技有限公司。合作內容如下：1、甲方在市場公允價格條件下包銷乙方未來五年磷酸鋰的產量。2、甲方在市場公允價格條件下優先採購乙方碳酸鋰產品。 3、在市場和技術領域開展合作，拓展鋰鹽產品的應用領域，在新產品開發、應用研究、產業化轉化等領域開展合作。 4、在新能源鋰電產業發展過程中，雙方共同探討技術及產業項目合作方向。 5、在乙方全體股東利益最大化前提下把握產業和資本市場機遇，雙方共同推動乙方產融結合和資產證券化。
此協議的簽署將有利於進一步保障公司磷酸鐵鋰業務上游鋰資源的供應，拓展上游磷酸鋰的供應渠道對公司降低原材料成本也有積極影響；有利於加快推進公司新能源鋰電材料上下游一體化戰略；有利於發揮公司和恆信融在各自領域的領先優勢，增強公司新能源磷酸鐵鋰業務的核心競爭能力和可持續發展能力，符合公司發展戰略及整體利益。
