《即日市評》港股再跌 恆大系下挫 內房股捱沽
受金融及科網股拖累下,港股今日持續向下。市場關注美國總統拜登的3.5萬億美元開支方案,昨晚美股道指及納指分別升0.8%及跌0.1%;執筆之時美國十年期國債孳息率升至1.341釐,美匯指數跌至92.52,美股道指期貨最新升65點或0.2%,納指期貨最新跌0.04%。內地昨日新增本土新冠確診病例59例均在福建,而國統局明日(15日)公佈內地8月工業增加值、投資和消費數據,此外內地公開市場明日(15日)將有6,000億元人民幣中期借貸便利(MLF)操作到期,市場料人行繼續縮量續作的可能性較大;上證綜指全日跌52點或1.4%收3,662點、深證成指跌0.5%、內地創業板指數升1.3%,滬深兩市成交額1.51萬億人民幣。
港股反覆下跌。恆指高開13點,早前曾升86點見25,900點,其後輾轉向下,午後跌幅擴至435點一度低見25,377點,全日跌311點或1.2%,收25,502點;國指跌157點或1.7%,收9,081點;恆生科技指數跌92點或1.4%,收6,502點。大市全日成交總額1,409.45億元,滬、深港通南下交易分別淨流入1.91億及11.33億元人民幣。金融股造淡,建行(00939.HK)及中國平安(02318.HK)股價各跌2.4%及2.6%。
【金融股走弱 科網股造淡】
科網股持續造淡,騰訊(00700.HK)全日股價下滑1.1%收472.8元,快手(01024.HK)股價跌2.4%。海通國際發表報告認爲,近期科網股升浪是源於指數再平衡,而不是由基本面驅動,建議對潛在進一步監管風險保持審慎。該行認爲相關監管風險尚未結束,現時只是經歷了一半,料未來兩至三季有更多監管政策出臺,並擴展至更多縱向領域及業務分支。海通國際稱相較以往,監管行動將會更精準及細化,或損害投資情緒及估值一些重要指標,繼而壓抑股價。
【恆大系下挫 內房股受壓】
港股今日主板市寬轉弱,主板股票的升跌比率爲12比30(上日爲15比26),下跌股份1,274只(跌幅2.7%);恆指成份股今日3只股份上升,下跌股份56只,升跌比率爲5比93(上日爲32比63);大市今日錄沽空213.51億元,佔可沽空股份成交1,181.44億元的18.072%(上日15.818%)。
恆大系捱沽,中國恆大(03333.HK)、恆大地產(06666.HK)及恆大汽車(00708.HK)股價各挫11.9%、12%及24.7%。中國恆大公佈,集團於今年6至8月的物業合約銷售呈下降趨勢,即使9月通常是中國房地產行業物業合約銷售高峯,然而由於對集團的持續負面新聞報道嚴重影響潛在購房者信心,公司預期9月銷售持續大幅下降,導致集團銷售回款持續惡化,進一步對現金流及流動性造成巨大壓力。爲緩解流動性問題,集團正積極接觸多家潛在投資者,商討出售恆大汽車及恆大物業部分股份,同時也考慮爲公司及其他附屬公司引入新投資者。
內房股受壓,碧桂園(02007.HK)股價挫5.3%,華潤置地(01109.HK)股價走低3.3%,萬科(02202.HK)股價下滑5.2%。野村發表報告指,近兩週高頻數據顯示,內地房地產行業,不論新樓、二手樓或土地銷售量按年跌幅擴大,跌幅分別達到26.6%、46.6%及38.3%,相對8月跌幅爲22.5%、39.5%及21.9%%。部份三、四線城市表現更差。發展商債券融資進入更深的負週期,顯示融資情況進一步收緊。
野村指,數據支持該行對內房和宏觀經濟的審慎觀點,相信短期內地房地產限制不會放鬆,特別是如北京等重要地區。實際上,有個別城市在過去兩週進一步收緊限制。
