德大衆汽車據報擬增佔中國合營多數股權 引發其他中資合營疑慮
《路透》引述消息報道,德國大衆汽車(Volkswagen)正商討於一間已佔多數股權的中國合營增持股份,引發其他中國合資車廠憂慮遭邊緣化。
大衆去年已把與江淮汽車合營的持股比例升至75%,消息指公司正計劃增持另一間合營車廠股權,以擴大電動車業務,又計劃把數以百計駐北京員工遷往安徽合肥。但做法引起與大衆合營的上汽及一汽憂慮,兩者均要求大衆承諾在合營車廠推出更多車款。另外,大衆亦考慮在中國生產輕型卡車,可能在一間經改造 的江淮汽車卡車廠房生產。
報道指,大衆選擇強化控股合營企業可減少與合營夥伴分享盈利,同時可加快推出電動車,毋須跟合營夥伴作過多磋商。但中國市場目前佔公司四成銷售額及半數盈利,且當中大部分來自與上汽及一汽合營。大衆在與上汽及一汽合營佔股比例分別爲50%及40%。
