JBB BUILDERS(01903.HK)向分包商轉讓物業清償貿易應付款項約110萬林吉特
JBB BUILDERS(01903.HK)宣布,計劃透過轉讓物業,向分包商Carimin Bina清償貿易應付款項約110萬林吉特(下同)。
公司表示,與Carimin Bina及其代名人AJT Property訂立清償契據,將向AJT Property轉讓位於馬來西亞柔佛州哥打丁宜東海岸Mukim的租賃三層商舖辦公室,物業價值為約120萬元,總土地面積約為1,440平方呎及建築面積約為4,135平方呎。
而AJT Property則將以現金及現金等價物支付貿易應付款項與物業價值間差額約10萬元。JBB BUILDERS預期,透過訂立清償契據,可清償其部分未結清貿易應付款項及兌現物業價值,亦可維持與Carimin Bina的業務關係,於未來進一步合作推進施工項目。
