南韓反壟斷機構向谷歌判罰1.77億美元 指後者限制流動OS市場競爭
南韓反壟斷監管機構週二(14日)宣佈向Alphabet(GOOGL.US)旗下谷歌判罰2,070億韓圜(約1.77億美元),指後者濫用市場領導地位限制流動OS市場競爭。
谷歌在聲明中表示,有意就裁決提出上訴。
南韓公平競爭委員會(KFTC)早前就谷歌涉阻止當地手機生產商客製化其Android OS進行調查。
是次判罰是谷歌在南韓最新一輪反壟斷挫折。本月較早時間,南韓國會通過法案,禁止主要程序商店經營商強迫軟件開發商使用其支付系統,及阻止開發商在程序內的購買抽傭。
KFTC稱是次判罰金額屬歷來第九大。KFTC表示,谷歌損害市場競爭,強迫手機製造商遵守其AFA協議,不得在流動設備安裝Android經調節版本。KFTC稱,此舉協助谷歌鞏固其在流動OS市場的領導地位。
