弘陽地產(01996.HK)擬發行2億美元優先綠色票據
格隆匯9月14日丨弘陽地產(01996.HK)發佈公吿,2021年9月13日,公司及附屬公司擔保人與德意志銀行、瑞信、海通國際、國泰君安國際、中金公司、瑞銀、BofA Securities、中銀國際、東亞銀行有限公司、中信銀行(國際)、創興銀行、中信里昂、招銀國際及新城晉峯訂立購買協議,內容有關發行於2023年到期金額為2億美元的9.50%優先綠色票據。
經扣除包銷折扣及佣金以及有關票據發行的其他估計應付開支,估計票據發行所得款項淨額將為約1.93億美元。公司擬將所得款項淨額用於將於一年內到期的現有中長期境外債務再融資。公司將尋求優先票據於聯交所上市。
