飛鹿股份(300665.SZ)：擬增資控股恩騰半導體
格隆匯9月13日丨飛鹿股份(300665.SZ)公佈，公司為進一步落實發展戰略，加速培育半導體產業增長極，公司與全資子公司上海飛鹿嘉乘私募基金管理有限公司(“飛鹿嘉乘”)；關聯方盛利華、範國棟、劉雄鷹及其他非關聯投資人；蘇州恩騰半導體科技有限公司(“恩騰半導體”)；蘇州恩鑫科技有限公司；蘇州飛騰信息諮詢合夥企業(有限合夥)；蘇州飛騰二號信息諮詢合夥企業(有限合夥)；PARK YOUNG SEO擬簽署《增資協議》。
公司、飛鹿嘉乘、關聯方盛利華、範國棟、劉雄鷹及其他非關聯投資人擬合計以3260萬元對恩騰半導體增資，獲得恩騰半導體42%股權，同時公司或公司指定主體將接受恩騰半導體其他股東12.34%股權的表決權委託，以實現對恩騰半導體的控制。
公司順應國家產業政策，一直以來都在持續關注一些藍海或高精專技術的高新產業。面對半導體行業高景氣度的發展前景，結合公司在新材料領域的技術研發、生產等優勢，公司近期已公吿與半導體資源方擬合資設立半導體材料公司，從此公司邁出了在半導體產業發展的重要一步。為加速公司半導體產業極的佈局發展，經過從國家政策、市場容量、行業趨勢、競爭格局、項目情況和發展前景等多維度的研究，恩騰半導體具有從長期主義價值投資在未來有效提升公司的整體盈利水平的潛力，同時能夠為公司半導體材料發展形成有效的資源優勢互補。因此，此次與恩騰半導體的合作是落實公司發展戰略，為公司加速發展半導體產業增長極的關鍵舉措。
伴隨5G、物聯網、人工智能、新能源汽車等新興領域的蓬勃發展，對芯片需求快速提升，晶圓製造企業加速新產能的投資，因晶圓製造涉及多道環節的清洗需求，從而半導體清洗設備呈現蓬勃發展的趨勢。恩騰半導體在半導體清洗設備行業擁有較強的技術研發能力及渠道資源，有能力為國內主流半導體制造企業供貨。
目前半導體行業在多方面依然面臨“卡脖子”問題，此次增資控股恩騰半導體，順應了國家集成電路產業投資基金二期重點解決國家“卡脖子”問題的投資思路，公司致力於通過自身技術研發和資本相結合的方式，助力為中國的經濟發展解決半導體行業設備的“卡脖子”問題。
