東南網架(002135.SZ)：簽訂“BIPV光伏建築一體化”項目投資框架協議
格隆匯9月12日丨東南網架(002135.SZ)公佈，為推進分佈式光伏發電發展，落實國家能源局《關於報送整縣(市、區)屋頂分佈式光伏開發試點方案的通知》有關精神，以清潔能源促進區域新發展，實現國家碳達峯、碳中和與鄉村振興兩大國家重大戰略，公司於近日與山西運城經濟技術開發區管理委員會簽訂了《東南網架華兆“BIPV光伏建築一體化”項目投資框架協議》。
建設規模500MW分佈式光伏建築一體化；浙江東南網架股份有限公司與華兆控股集團有限公司擬在運城經濟技術開發區註冊成立合資新公司，擬註冊資金1億元，合資公司將成為一家集投資、研發、設計、製造、建設、運維於一體的光伏發電新能源企業。
建設東南網架華兆碳中和西北總部經濟中心。東南網架華兆碳中和科技公司西北總部經濟中心將設在運城經濟技術開發區。合資公司致力於在黨政機關、學校、醫院、會展中心、體育場館、綜合體、產業園區等公共建築，工商業廠房和農居等屋頂分佈式光伏電站項目的開發，投資光伏發電業務和BIPV總承包項目建設。項目的投資與建設由西北總部經濟中心負責，所有税收上繳在運城經濟技術開發區。項目涉及總裝機容量預計約500MW，形成以運城經濟技術開發區為核心、輻射西北地區的BIPV 光伏建築產業鏈。
充分發揮示範引領效應，運城經濟技術開發區支持合資公司在政府投資的屋頂資源發展分佈式光伏發電項目，並協調轄區內其他屋頂資源。屋頂資源包括但不限於：黨政機關、學校、醫院、會展中心、體育場館、綜合體、產業園區等公共建築，工商業廠房和農居等屋頂資源。
公司在鋼結構及綠色建築行業深耕三十多年，始終堅持“以產業推動為己任”，並切實踐行“綠色發展、健康發展、能源發展、數智發展”發展理念，積極整合、集成先進技術資源與綠色建築一攬子解決方案與集成服務，擁有多個光伏建築項目的建設經驗，具備光伏建築重要渠道、生產和資源的整合能力。
公司此次與山西運城經濟技術開發區管理委員會簽署投資框架協議，是基於公司戰略佈局的需要，符合國家“雙碳”目標與全面推進鄉村振興戰略，是公司在全國踐行國家能源局整縣屋頂分佈式光伏開發的試點工作，有利於公司在西北地區開發光伏建築一體化的市場，有助於加快公司向新能源領域轉型與發展，實現公司新能源發展和綠色低碳發展，符合公司的長期發展戰略。
此次投資實施的主體為公司與華兆控股集團有限公司成立的合資公司，合資公司致力於在黨政機關、學校、醫院、會展中心、體育場館、綜合體、產業園區等公共建築，工商業廠房和農居等屋頂分布式光伏電站項目的開發，投資光伏發電業務和BIPV 總承包項目建設。公司通過建設東南網架華兆碳中和西北總部經濟中心，有利於公司“EPC+BIPV”戰略轉型的持續深入，並打造為綠色建築光伏一體化領軍企業。
