豫能控股(001896.SZ)：與華為簽署戰略合作框架協議 促進構建以新能源為主體的新型電力系統
格隆匯9月12日丨豫能控股(001896.SZ)公佈，2021年9月10日，公司與華為技術有限公司(“華為公司”)本着強強聯合、優勢互補、合作創新、共享雙贏的總體合作原則，圍繞碳達峯、碳中和及鄉村振興兩大國家戰略，在新能源項目開發、數字能源建設及能源產業合作方面進行全方位戰略合作，建立全面、長期的戰略合作伙伴關係，共同推動能源行業各類創新業務發展，推進河南省能源結構調整，促進構建以新能源為主體的新型電力系統，並簽署戰略合作框架協議。
合作內容如下：
1. 整縣屋頂分佈式光伏試點項目合作
依託甲乙雙方發展戰略，根據各自產業發展需求，雙方同意在整縣屋頂分佈式光伏項目的投資、建設、運營管理等方面積極開展合作，實現雙贏。
2. 能源雲平台項目合作
共同搭建自主可控、安全可信的能源雲平台。實現可視化運營，智能化運維，對接電力交易和碳交易，實現綜合能源互聯網的管理。
3. 聯合推進綠色新型基礎設施建設
雙方聯合推動政府統籌規劃碳排放降低標準，推進數據中心節能技改和供電結構調整，促進河南省節能型數據中心發展。
4. 全業務數字化轉型合作
圍繞發展清潔能源與推動傳統能源業務數字化智慧化，乙方發揮數字能源技術等技術優勢，助力甲方向綜合能源服務商轉型。
5. 開展多場景能源項目合作
以分佈式能源試點推進為契機，以節能技術、用能方式、多能互補為主題，實現農村能源革命與建設美麗鄉村相結合，鞏固脱貧攻堅成果，助力鄉村振興戰略。
6. 能源產業創新合作
在相關領域積極合作，聯合打造創新解決方案，助力本地能源企業提升產品質量和帶動產業發展。
7. 企業文化與技術培訓
雙方保持常態化合作與交流機制，組建綜合性人才隊伍，支撐能源互聯網轉型的技術和人才儲備。
簽訂該框架協議，有利於雙方充分發揮各自優勢，落實碳達峯、碳中和及鄉村振興兩大國家戰略，有利於增強公司盈利能力和持續發展能力，對公司轉型發展具有積極意義。
