滿地科技股份(01400.HK)：概無現任董事、高管或主要股東因調查而遭逮捕 13日復牌
格隆匯9月10日丨 滿地科技股份(01400.HK)公佈，公司董事會注意到，多家媒體機構報導，香港證券及期貨事務監察委員會("香港證監會")與警務處商業罪案調查科("商業罪案調查科")於2021年8月27日針對一家香港上市公司及其前高級管理人員開展一次聯合行動("調查")，該公司及人員涉嫌一系列與涉嫌企業欺詐有關的罪行，包括串謀詐騙、盜竊及洗錢的罪行，涉及合共4.50億港元。於該行動中，有兩名年齡分別為53歲及61歲的人士因串謀詐騙、盜竊及洗錢的罪行而遭逮捕，其中一名因調查而被證監會及商業罪案調查科逮捕的人士為集團的前財務總監蕭啟晉。彼等被指控與其他人士合謀進行虛假交易及╱或挪用一家上市公司的資金。
據董事會作出一切合理查詢後所深知、盡悉及確信，董事會確認(i)蕭啟晉與公司任何董事、高級管理人員、主要股東或控股股東概無任何關係；及(ii)蕭啟晉於2019年6月7日辭任集團財務總監後，彼與集團概無任何關係。於公吿日期，蕭啟晉亦無於公司股份中擁有證券及期貨條例第XV部所界定的任何權益。據董事會作出一切合理查詢後所深知、盡悉及確信，概無公司的現任董事、高級管理人員或主要股東因調查而遭逮捕。
公司認為，調查涉及集團的工程塑料貿易業務("工程塑料業務")，該業務於2016年1月開始及於2016年年底前終止。於公吿日期，工程塑料業務的管理團隊的所有成員均已離開公司。所有與工程塑料業務相關的應收款項已獲悉數減值，且於集團最近的財務報表中並無記錄任何有關工程塑料業務之資產。
於公吿日期，據董事所深知，調查仍在進行中，惟並無提出正式指控。
公司將密切關注此事項，且如有需要，將協助相關監管部門進行調查。公司亦將在適當時候刊發相關法規所允許之進一步公吿。公吿日期，董事會未發現調查對集團業務產生任何重大不利影響及集團的業務仍正常運營。
此外，公司已向聯交所申請股份由2021年9月13日上午九時正起恢復買賣。
