威帝股份(603023.SH)：與北京公交集團資產管理淶水公司簽訂公交智造產業園入園企業戰略合作協議
格隆匯9月9日丨威帝股份(603023.SH)公佈，2021年9月8日，公司(“乙方”)與北京公交集團資產管理淶水有限公司(“甲方”)簽訂《公交智造產業園入園企業戰略合作協議》。
戰略合作協議基礎：
1.北京公交集團資產管理淶水有限公司圍繞“創智”的建設理念、“高端引領+集羣創新”的發展模式、利用獨特的“訂製式”服務，帶動上下游配套企業高端資源集聚，打造“公共交通全產業鏈”。
2.哈爾濱威帝電子股份有限公司；成立時間2000年7月28日；註冊資本56207.9807萬元；法人劉高深；入園類別及產品：(1)CAN總線系統(CAN總線系統)；(2)主動安全系統(ADAS防撞預警系統)。
經友好協商，雙方決定建立戰略合作伙伴關係。通過構建雙贏的戰略合作聯盟，充分發揮在各自領域的優勢，全面拓展合作領域。在京津冀一體化政策的機遇下，充分發揮產業領域優勢，甲、乙雙方本着遵守法律、平等互信、優勢互補、互利共贏的合作原則，計劃在淶水公交智造產業園建設入園生產項目。本次戰略合作對於打造淶水公交智造產業園具有深遠的戰略意義，將提升產業園的税收水平，促進地區就業，完善產業結構。
戰略合作方式：
1.甲方負責公交智造產業園的相關建設工作，乙方負責入園生產項目的生產、產品銷售工作。乙方將充分發揮自身技術優勢，積極投資入園生產項目。
2.甲方及時協助乙方辦理入園生產項目中乙方相關手續，負責“八通”(電力、道路、供水、供暖、燃氣、通訊、雨水、污水)及公用基礎設施的主線路和主管網建設。
3.乙方負責入園生產項目的生產，計劃投資3000萬元人民幣，計劃佔地面積7.5畝，計劃年納税380萬元。
4.甲、乙雙方應在入園生產項目建設上積極合作，提供產業引進支持，做好項目的長期發展規劃，積極推動入園生產項目投資落地，並相互配合將入園生產項目申報河北省重點項目，落實入園生產項目計劃的相關工作。
