《大行報告》匯豐研究下調新地(00016.HK)目標價至148.7元 評級「買入」
匯豐發表報告指,新地(00016.HK)截至6月底止全年基礎溢利錄得298.73億元,按年增加1.7%,業績大致和該行預期一致,惟下調集團2022-23年盈利預測1.6%至7.7%,反映項目進度,及目前可售住宅項目多以較低毛利率的大眾市場單位為主。該行將其目標價下調近2%至148.7元,維持「買入」評級。
該行表示,有信心新地2022財年香港合約銷售額可達450億元的目標,隨著更多住宅落成、物業銷售入帳、商場商戶銷售表現改善,以及在內地有更多項目落成,預計新地2022財政年度的盈利會增長14%,2023財政年度再增長7%。
