格隆匯9月9日丨華營建築(01582.HK)發佈公吿,於2021年9月9日,公司間接全資附屬公司華營建築有限公司(作為承租人)分別與出租人1及出租人2(均為獨立第三方,作為出租人)就租賃物業1及物業2訂立新租賃協議,有關物業1及物業2的年期分別為自2023年1月15日起至2025年11月30日止及自2021年12月1日起至2025年11月30日止(包括首尾兩日)。
物業1指香港九龍觀塘觀塘道388號創紀之城一期渣打中心32樓1–3、5–13及15–18室。物業2指香港九龍觀塘觀塘道388號創紀之城一期渣打中心26樓全層。
