橫琴粵澳合作區建設方案公佈 龍光集團(03380.HK)聚焦深耕利好長期發展
9月5日，《橫琴粵澳深度合作區建設總體方案》正式發佈。該方案提出，發展促進澳門經濟適度多元的新產業，建設便利澳門居民生活就業的新家園，構建與澳門一體化高水平開放的新體系，健全粵澳共商共建共管共享的新體制等，形成支撐澳門－珠海極點對粵港澳大灣區的引領作用，輻射帶動珠江西岸地區加快發展。
平安證券認為，深圳前海與珠海橫琴一直是珠三角地區推進與香港和澳門合作的排頭兵。橫琴粵澳深度合作區落地，不僅能夠提升粵港澳合作水平、推動大灣區一體化建設的提速，也將催生出豐富的產業發展與投資機遇。
得益於政策利好，粵港澳大灣區的“珠中江”城市組團成為最直接的受益者，廣佛肇也將受到輻射帶動。尤其是珠海，它是粵港澳大灣區重要門户樞紐、珠江口西岸核心城市和沿海經濟帶高質量發展典範城市，未來發展前景被普遍看好。
龍光集團(03380.HK)堅持區域深耕戰略，前瞻性佈局粵港澳大灣區，早在2007年就開始進入珠海，發展優勢明顯。1、戰略佈局較早，實現區域深度覆蓋。龍光集團在珠海，已經實現對香洲、斗門、金灣等珠海三大行政區，及橫琴、保税區等5個經濟功能區的深度覆蓋，打造了多個標杆項目，競爭優勢明顯。2、佈局質量高，項目位置佳。龍光集團在珠海的佈局，基本都處於交通節點或者新區核心地段，如玖龍璽離橫琴口岸只有約400米，玖龍灣處於港珠澳大橋主落腳點，玖龍匯坐擁橫琴大橋和港珠澳大橋雙橋頭堡。3、多種方式參與，賦能城市發展。通過收併購、城市更新等多種方式，龍光集團深度參與城市綜合服務，業務協同發展能力較強。
此外，龍光集團還持續鞏固在珠江口西岸核心城市、節點城市的發展優勢。目前，龍光集團在廣州、佛山、中山、肇慶、江門等粵港澳大灣區西部城市，均實現廣泛佈局，保持市場競爭優勢。隨着港珠澳大橋、深中通道、深珠通道等一批重大基礎設施建成或推進，珠江口東西兩岸將進一步融合，龍光將持續保持良好的發展機遇。
