字節跳動就借款至多50億美元洽商銀行,今年料不可能IPO
The Information援引知情人士的話報導稱,字節跳動正在與銀行談判,以通過銀團貸款借入不超過50億美元,爲債務再融資和支付海外擴張費用。
報導稱,字節跳動今年似乎不太可能通過IPO籌資,轉向借款。在當前低利率的情況下,計劃使用一半以上的資金爲現有債務再融資,其餘將用於美國、歐洲、拉丁美洲和世界其他地區的運營。貸款的確切金額尚未最終確定,談判還在進行,但已與銀行討論籌集40億-50億美元。
