東嶽集團(00189.HK)完成配股淨籌33.1億港元 用於提高集團PVDF及PTFE產能
格隆匯9月8日丨東嶽集團(00189.HK)宣佈,配售協議所載的所有條件已獲達成,而完成已於2021年9月8日作實。合共1.45億股配售股份已根據配售協議的條款及條件,按每股23.00港元配售價配售予不少於六名承配人。
配售的所得款項總額及所得款項淨額分別為33.35億港元及約33.10億港元。公司擬將所得款項淨額將用作如下:60.42%用於提高集團PVDF(一種耐候性、加工性、機械性能優異,可用於耐候性塗料、鋰電池黏結劑、光伏背板膜的含氟高分子材料)及其原材料(即R142b冷卻劑)的產能;24.17%用於提高集團PTFE(一種高度抵抗温度轉變、絕緣、耐老化及耐化學品的合成含氟物高分子)及其原材料(即R22冷卻劑)的產能;及15.41%用於補充本集團的一般營運資金。
