前海擴容,橫琴升級 龍光集團(3380.HK)深耕粵港澳大灣區再迎“雙利好”
9月5日、6日,中共中央、國務院正式印發《橫琴粵澳深度合作區建設總體方案》和《全面深化前海深港現代服務業合作區改革開放方案》,為橫琴粵澳深度合作區、前海深港現代服務業合作區建設,勾勒出新藍圖。這是國家從戰略和全局高度作出的重大決策部署,是深入實施《粵港澳大灣區發展規劃綱要》的重點舉措。
粵港澳大灣區建設增添了新引擎,打開了新空間。上述方案明確兩大合作區的戰略定位、發展目標、空間佈局等作出全面規劃。橫琴粵澳深度合作區,將以更加有力的開放舉措,打造促進澳門經濟適度多元發展的新平台、便利澳門居民生活就業的新空間、豐富“一國兩制”實踐的新示範、推動粵港澳大灣區建設的新高地。前海深港現代服務業合作區,總面積擴展至120.56平方公里,打造粵港澳大灣區全面深化改革創新試驗平台,建設高水平對外開放門户樞紐,在粵港澳大灣區建設中更好發揮示範引領作用。
推動粵港澳大灣區建設全面提速,邁入發展新階段。兩項國家戰略落地實施,將進一步加強粵港澳大灣區基礎設施的互聯互通、優化產業佈局、加大對外開放、科技創新,促進粵港澳合作,推動香港、澳門更好融入國家發展大局,實現大灣區產業升級、經濟規模擴大以及資本、人才和技術的不斷聚集、人居環境的持續改善,推動住房需求的持續增長,資產價值的不斷提升。
