華信地產財務(00252.HK)透過基金參投東莞地產項目
華信地產財務(00252.HK)公布,於9月初訂立協議,斥6,500萬元認購投資房地產開發項目基金Greater Bay Fund I LP的有限合夥權益,認購完成後,公司將持有基金約9.45%權益。基金的主要目的為投資房地產開發項目,涉及透過當地市政府組織的掛牌出讓程序收購位於廣東省東莞市國際商務區的地塊,及發展一個房地產綜合體,包括於已收購土地的多棟商業樓宇及住宅樓宇。
另外,公司間接非全資附屬東莞南星於9月初再訂立一份認購協議,斥2,000萬元人民幣認購物業收購及物業項目發展的項目公司,連同在2月訂立的認購協議項目公司,合共投資3,500萬元人民幣,東莞南星將持有項目公司9.16%權益。項目公司收購的物業位於東莞南城街道,總地盤面積約2.9萬平方米,代價約13.95億元人民幣。土地作城鎮住宅、商業、交通服務、商業服務。
