《大行報告》美銀證券上調中國建材(03323.HK)目標價至15.5元 評級「買入」
美銀證券發表報告表示,中國建材(03323.HK)管理層看好今年下半年水泥市場發展,考慮到行業需求復甦,有信心水泥價格將持續上升。
該行指出,注意到內地自8月初起水泥價格經歷大幅變化,預期中國建材至今年9月平均價格將進一步恢復到去年同期相若水平,並料今年第四季每噸毛行將按年持平,累計價格上升料將抵銷煤炭成本壓力。
美銀證券稱,中國建材預期新物料對今年下半年盈利貢獻將持續,將全年資本開支提升至370億元人民幣,以應對產能置換加快。美銀證券重申對國建材「買入」評級,上調目標價由13元升至15.5元,此相當預測2022年市盈率6倍,並將對中建材2021至2023年盈利預測上調22%至25%。
