《大行報告》里昂下調新城發展(01030.HK)目標價至12.8元 評級「買入」
里昂發表報告指,新城發展(01030.HK)今年上半年物業銷售毛利較預期為低,但相信表現已見底,由於規模及毛利均穩定下來,預期物業銷售將成集團穩定的盈利貢獻。而租賃收入於中期料可成新的盈利增長動力,估計於今年至2023年可貢獻盈利增長6%至9%。
為反映毛利較低,該行將新城發展今年至2023年的盈利預測下調9.5%至16.7%,目標價由13.9元降至12.8元,評級維持「買入」。
