智通財經APP獲悉，據港交所9月6日披露，堃博醫療控股有限公司通過港交所聆訊，高盛和海通國際爲聯席保薦人。
堃博醫療控股有限公司是一家專注於介入呼吸病學產品開發的醫療器械公司。成立於2012年，公司是介入呼吸病學領域的開拓者，在中國和全球範圍內提供創新型肺部疾病解決方案。公司利用專有的全肺抵達導航技術，開發了一款包括導航、診療的綜合介入呼吸病學平臺，通過提高肺癌及慢性阻塞性肺病的診療效果解決了現有診療模式的痛點以及巨大未得到滿足的肺病醫療需求。
公司的核心產品是InterVapor及RF-II。根據弗若斯特沙利文的資料，InterVapor系統是世界上第一個，也是唯一一個用於治療慢性阻塞性肺病及肺癌等肺病的熱蒸汽能量消融系統。RF-II是一種射頻消融系統，其爲一種與一次性肺射頻消融導管結合使用及唯一專門針對肺癌的射頻消融系統。截至最後實際可行日期，公司分別擁有132項和60項有關InterVapor和RF-II有的專利和專利申請。
在管理團隊的領導和投資者的支持下，公司成功開發了全球首個且唯一一個實時圖像全肺抵達增強現實導航系統，使公司能夠在導航系統的支持下，建立肺病綜合診療產品組合。公司的全肺抵達導航系統能夠進入全肺任何部位，無論是否位於氣道內部或外部。在導航系統的基礎上，公司能夠開發出創新醫療器械和解決方案，改變肺病的診療模式。根據弗若斯特沙利文的資料，公司的LungPoint ATV系統(在中國內地和中國內地以外亦分別被稱爲LungPro系統和Archimedes系統)(即“Archimedes系統”)是全球唯一一個全肺抵達增強現實實時圖像導航的導航系統。與公司的肺部導航系統全面整合，公司提供了行業領先的介入診療產品的全面產品組合。
於2019年、2020年以及截至2021年4月30日止四個月，堃博醫療控股有限公司收入分別爲約807.2萬、325.9萬及158.7萬美元。
