寶馨科技(002514.SZ)：擬收購富驊新能源26%的股權並開展深度業務合作
格隆匯9月6日丨寶馨科技(002514.SZ)公佈，公司為優化自身產業結構和新能源業務戰略佈局，力在尋求良好的合作伙伴，基於四川富驊新能源科技有限公司(“富驊新能源”或“目標公司”)在新能源材料領域具有良好的發展前景及較強的研發能力，經各方充分溝通與友好協商，公司與富驊新能源的現有股東蘇州永福投資有限公司(“永福投資”)、何振華、張雪林、劉一町(以下合稱“甲方”)、富驊新能源於2021年9月6日籤署了《股權轉讓暨戰略合作框架協議》，公司擬以自有或自籌資金收購甲方持有的富驊新能源26%的股權(最終以正式交易協議的約定為準)，並將與富驊新能源開展深度業務合作。
公吿顯示，富驊新能源是一家專注於鋰離子電池正極材料的研發和製造型公司，其依託電子科技大學材料與能源學院新能源材料與集成能源器件研發中心，能源科學與工程學院工程技術中心，成立了以劉興泉教授為學術和技術帶頭人、多名博士和碩士研究生組成的技術研發團隊，致力於先進鋰離子電池新型正極材料的研發、製備工藝和技術升級。富驊新能源現擁有正極材料生產線2條，設計產能 2,500 噸/年。主要產品有：常規型 5 系，6 系 NCM 正極材料，單晶 523 正極材料以及二次顆粒型 523 正極材料。NCM811 單晶化和第 5 代NCA 材料處於開發階段，其中8 系單晶化產品已進入小批量試生產階段。公司引進、配備了包括X 射線衍射儀、掃描電子顯微鏡、原子吸收光譜儀、等離子體發射光譜儀、激光粒度儀等在內的研發檢測設備。目前已擁有多項中國發明專利及國際發明專利。隨着研發領域的不斷深入，富驊新能源將繼續加大研發投入，引入優秀行業人才。
