恆基物業代理營業(二)部總經理韓家輝在記者會上表示,恆地(00012.HK)港島東筲箕灣道1號住宅項目「THE HOLBORN」料於本周四或周五向公眾開放示範單位,最快本周開價,隨即開始收飛。項目將設三個示範單位,其中兩個為交樓標準。
「THE HOLBORN」共提供420伙,由開放式至三房不等,面積介乎200至571平方呎,另有住客會所連英式園林約1.2萬平方呎。項目關鍵日期為2023年4月30日。
