振德醫療(603301.SH)：擬出資2000萬元參投設立上海弘盛益德私募投資基金合夥企業
格隆匯9月6日丨振德醫療(603301.SH)公佈，為充分整合利用合作各方資源優勢，通過專業化投資管理團隊，及時把握市場信息，尋求良好的投資機會，公司擬參與投資設立上海弘盛益德私募投資基金合夥企業(有限合夥)。上海弘盛益德基金組織形式為有限合夥企業，擬定出資總額為4億元。
振德醫療擬作為有限合夥人(LP)出資人民幣2000萬元，佔基金出資總額的5.00%；上海臨港經濟發展集團投資管理有限公司擬作為有限合夥人(LP)出資人民幣5000萬元，佔基金出資總額的12.50%；上海臨港浦江國際科技城發展有限公司擬作為有限合夥人(LP)出資人民幣5000萬元，佔基金出資總額的12.50%；深圳天山百川進出口有限公司擬作為有限合夥人(LP)出資人民幣1億元，佔基金出資總額的25.00%；上海上實投資管理諮詢有限公司擬作為有限合夥人(LP)出資人民幣6600萬元，佔基金出資總額的16.50%；上海長三角產業升級股權投資合夥企業(有限合夥)擬作為有限合夥人(LP)出資人民幣5000萬元，佔基金出資總額的12.50%；東方翌睿(上海)醫療科技創業投資中心(有限合夥)擬作為有限合夥人(LP)出資人民幣5000萬元，佔基金出資總額的12.50%；珠海眾為投資合夥企業(有限合夥)擬作為有限合夥人(LP)出資人民幣1000萬元，佔基金出資總額的2.50%。基金的普通合夥人(GP)為珠海弘盛暢為投資合夥企業(有限合夥)，普通合夥人擬出資人民幣400萬元，佔基金認繳出資總額的1.00%。
就上述投資事項，公司已於2021年9月6日與相關合作方簽署了《上海弘盛益德私募投資基金合夥企業(有限合夥)合夥協議》。
公司擬投資的上海弘盛醫療基金將聚焦投資醫療服務產業。此次投資將有利於公司與基金未來投資標的建立合作，更好抓住醫療行業發展機會。
