逾半內銀上半年薪酬總額增幅達雙位數 招行(03968.HK)人均月薪5.8萬人幣
內地媒體根據上市銀行半年報作統計,指出內地銀行業收入進一步提高,超過半數銀行上半年薪酬總額實現雙位數增長。
統計顯示,41家銀行上半年在職員工合計247萬人,按年增長2%,薪酬總額達4,243億元人民幣(下同),增長7%,薪酬增幅超過員工數量增幅;人均半年薪酬約17萬左右,增長6%,相當於人均月薪2.8萬元。
在上市銀行中,招商銀行(03968.HK)以人均月薪5.8萬元的收入位列榜首。在大型銀行中,薪酬總額增長幅度最高的亦為招商銀行,按年增長13.57%。
平安銀行(000001.SZ)以人均月薪5.3萬元緊隨其後,浙商銀行(02016.HK)、興業銀行(601166.SH)、光大銀行(06818.HK)及中信銀行(00998.HK)人均月薪介乎4萬至5萬元;六大國有行人均月薪最低,在3萬元以內。
