阿里巴巴國際站打造數字化服務貿易體系，幫助中小企業高質量出海
“得益於國家外貿政策紅利和科技進步，在跨境電商領域，一套數字化的服務貿易體系正在形成。”
9月3日，在中國國際服務貿易交易會“數字貿易發展趨勢和前沿高峯論壇”上，阿里巴巴集團副總裁、阿里巴巴國際站總經理張闊表示。

20多年以來，我國外貿出口增長超過1000倍，民營企業出口比重逐步上升，成為帶動全球出口大盤增長的主力。據海關總署公佈，2021年1-7月，我國外貿出口總值11.66萬億元，同比增長24.5%；我國外貿出口已連續保持了14個月的正增長。去年以來，跨境電商B2B平台阿里巴巴國際站的交易額連續保持三位數的增長。
“過去出口收匯要2到4天，現在只要2小時。通關時間，從36小時降到1.8小時。數字化單證，讓退税週期從60天降到14天。對中小企業降税減費，百萬以內年收入所得税率從5%降到2.5%。”張闊説，這些實實在在的政策紅利給民營企業的發展提供了廣闊的空間，也推動了傳統外貿向數字化新外貿的轉型。
“數字化”成為本屆中國國際服務貿易交易會的一大亮點。在阿里巴巴國際站的展廳裏，短視頻、直播、3D數字展廳、21種國家語言在線翻譯等數字化產品和服務，吸引了不少參會者的駐足。據瞭解，阿里巴巴國際站首創跨境B2B直播，至今已累計進行20多萬場次；今年9月1日啟動的阿里巴巴國際站全球採購節，單日直播數將突破10000場。

從數字化訂單和營銷到數字化履約，阿里巴巴國際站打造了一整套數字化的服務貿易體系，幫助中小企業降本提效：數字化跨境支付結算，覆蓋26個主流幣種，實現在線秒級匯兑、全程資金鍊路透明可追溯、全球收匯可視化。數字化跨境物流，標準快件支持全國300多個城市上門取件，推出中美包機“無憂專線”每週5班，3-10個工作日送達；大宗貨運，海運覆蓋28個主要港口、1300多個海外卸貨港；在跨境物流市場費用不斷上升的背景下，為中小企業提供“下單鎖價”、“保艙保櫃”、“甩櫃必賠”等確定性的物流服務。
“跨境電商在幫助中小企業出海、提升產業和供應鏈效率、增加就業等方面表現亮眼。” 中國國際經濟交流中心副理事長、商務部原副部長魏建國認為，以阿里巴巴國際站為代表的數字化新外貿平台，是在為中小企業“造血”，“幫助中小企業通過數字化來應對全球市場的不確定性因素和個性化需求。”
來自雲南昆明的二胎寶媽覃鷗，2018年開始在阿里巴巴國際站上創業，她利用雲南獨特的花卉植物資源開發護膚品的原材料，一年出口400多萬元。
在阿里巴巴國際站，20多萬家中小微企業通過其數字化的服務貿易體系，迅速完成選品、採購、銷售、物流、報關、收款、結匯退税等過去大企業才能搞定的複雜生意。
