雲圖控股(002539.SZ)：擬投資45.95億元建年產35萬噸電池級磷酸鐵及相關配套項目
格隆匯9月3日丨雲圖控股(002539.SZ)公佈，公司深耕化肥化工行業20多年，目前已建立了從磷礦資源開始的磷肥產業鏈及以黃磷為主的磷化工產業鏈，構築了一體化產業優勢，並在磷化工方面積累了豐富的生產管理經驗和技術貯備。在此背景下，公司依託雷波縣牛牛寨北礦區豐富的磷礦資源，沿着“磷礦—磷酸—磷酸鐵”向下拓展，進一步延伸產業鏈、進軍新能源市場恰逢其時。為此，公司擬以自有(自籌)貨幣資金5億元，在湖北省松滋市投資設立雲圖新能源材料(荊州)有限公司(“雲圖新能源”)，並由其投資建設年產35萬噸電池級磷酸鐵以及配套的30萬噸濕法磷酸(折純)、30萬噸精製磷酸、150萬噸磷礦選礦、100萬噸硫磺制酸、60萬噸緩控釋複合肥、100萬噸磷石膏綜合利用和20MW餘熱發電等項目。
預計項目總投資額為45.95億元，其中固定資產投資40.95億元，配套流動資金5億元。
項目建設週期：項目分兩期建設，一期10萬噸/年磷酸鐵，預計於2023年3月建成投產；二期25萬噸磷酸鐵及配套30萬噸濕法磷酸(折純)、30萬噸精製磷酸、150萬噸磷礦選礦、100萬噸硫磺制酸、60萬噸緩控釋複合肥、100萬噸磷石膏綜合利用和20MW餘熱發電項目，預計於2023年12月建成投產。
公司擬投資設立雲圖新能源，並由其建設年產35萬噸電池級磷酸鐵及相關配套項目，是基於新能源汽車、儲能領域快速發展的趨勢及磷酸鐵鋰正極材料市場的供需情況做出的審慎決策。主要目的是利用公司自身的資源優勢及產業鏈優勢，抓住新能源行業的發展機遇，填平補齊公司一體化產業鏈，夯實公司成本控制優勢和產業協同優勢，進一步提升公司的抗風險能力和核心競爭力。
此次投資有利於為公司孵化新的利潤增長點，同時有利於擴大公司複合肥及磷化工產業規模，符合公司持續做大做強的長期發展戰略
