中國汽車新零售(00526.HK)預期年度虧損約26億元
格隆匯9月2日丨中國汽車新零售(00526.HK)公吿,公司預期於截至2021年3月31日止財政年度將錄得虧損淨額約人民幣26億元。於盈利警吿公佈內所述不少於人民幣7億元的預期虧損與上文所述的預期虧損淨額兩者之間的差異主要乃由於已確定金融資產及擔保合同的減值虧損所致。金融資產及擔保合同的減值虧損約為人民幣19億元。
董事會亦接獲通知,指核數師很有可能無法就集團的綜合財務報表發表意見,有關基礎為存在與本集團持續經營有關的多種不確定因素。
