法巴:新力控股(2103.HK)资产负债表稳步改善,流动性可控
法国巴黎银行8月31日更新新力控股(2103.HK)研报称,公司上半年收入同比增28.9%至人民币112亿元;毛利率从30%正常化至22%;核心净利润为人民币7.3亿元,同比增7.4%;盈利符合预期。
流动性可控:公司现金增加至人民币194亿,其中非受限现金增加至人民币140亿,而短期债务为人民币133亿。
资产负债表有所改善:总债务持平于294亿元人民币,信托贷款敞口也持平。
合同销售进展顺利:据SINHLD报吿,公司上半年预售额为人民币588亿(同比增35%),开工率为49%(行业平均49%),去化率为65%,回款率为78%。集团在2021年前7个月录得人民币689亿的预售,管理层称将在未来几个月加速预售以保持流动性。
