法巴:新力控股(2103.HK)資產負債表穩步改善,流動性可控
法國巴黎銀行8月31日更新新力控股(2103.HK)研報稱,公司上半年收入同比增28.9%至人民幣112億元;毛利率從30%正常化至22%;核心淨利潤為人民幣7.3億元,同比增7.4%;盈利符合預期。
流動性可控:公司現金增加至人民幣194億,其中非受限現金增加至人民幣140億,而短期債務為人民幣133億。
資產負債表有所改善:總債務持平於294億元人民幣,信託貸款敞口也持平。
合同銷售進展順利:據SINHLD報吿,公司上半年預售額為人民幣588億(同比增35%),開工率為49%(行業平均49%),去化率為65%,回款率為78%。集團在2021年前7個月錄得人民幣689億的預售,管理層稱將在未來幾個月加速預售以保持流動性。
