土地審裁處文件顯示,萬科香港就觀塘定富街45至63號舊樓申請強拍。該址地盤面積7,595平方呎,現時共有3座樓高6層的商住物業,樓齡超過60年,萬科持有91.67%至93.75%業權,尚餘5伙未能收購,市場估值逾3.59億元。若重建為商住物業,最高可建樓面面積約6.84萬平方呎。(ek/k)
