周焯華旗下合營折讓八成悉售太陽國際(08029.HK)持股
據權益披露顯示,First Cheer Holdings Limited於8月30日於場外以每股0.1元沽14.35億股太陽國際(08029.HK),較停牌前0.5元大折讓80%,涉資1.44億元,持股由62.82%降至零。
而據早前公司業績公告所示,First Cheer Holdings Limited分別由人稱「洗米華」的澳門商人周焯華及鄭丁港實益擁有50%及50%之權益。
