CMON(01792.HK)：有意授出知識產權予Monsoon
格隆匯9月1日丨CMON(01792.HK)宣佈，於2021年9月1日，公司一間附屬公司CMON Pte. Ltd.與Monsoon Digital Pte. Ltd.("Monsoon"，一間在新加坡註冊成立的公司)訂立一份不具法律約束力的諒解備忘錄，透過Monsoon即將推出之非同質化代幣("NFT")交易平台，推出使用集團之專有藝術品的全新系列數碼收藏品。NFT為一種被稱為"區塊鏈"的加密保護數碼賬本上之數據單位，當中每個NFT代表一個獨特數碼資料。NFT可代表數碼文件，如藝術品、音檔、影片、遊戲項目及其他形式之創意作品。
通過其遊戲設計，集團已開發及製作在其客户羣間備受歡迎之專有藝術品。按諒解備忘錄擬定，集團有意授出其知識產權予Monsoon("特許安排")，當中將使用有關專有藝術品發行NFT，並容許有關NFT在其平台上買賣。公司董事認為，通過授出集團專有藝術品以供創作數碼收藏品，集團將能夠利用其現有資產拓寬其收益流，並接觸正在發展蓬勃之加密貨幣市場，以及加強其自有遊戲之可取性及品牌忠誠度。
根據諒解備忘錄之條款，訂約雙方將就建議特許安排磋商具法律約束力協議之條款。諒解備忘錄自2021年9月1日起生效，直至籤立有關特許安排的具法律約束力協議或由任何一方向另一方發出一個月書面通知予以終止為止。除諒解備忘錄有關保密性及爭議解決之條文外，諒解備忘錄的所有其他條款均不具法律約束力，且訂立諒解備忘錄並無產生有關特許安排的任何具法律約束力之權利或責任。特許安排之實際詳細條款及條件將須待成功推出Monsoon之NFT交易平台及訂約雙方訂立確實協議後，方可作實。
Monsoon為專注於區塊鏈之公司，創立目的是為嗜好品、遊戲及收藏品市場之公司創作解決方案，提供線上平台供收藏家、藝術愛好者及遊戲玩家組織、展示及買賣數碼收藏品。其NFT交易平台預期將於2021年下旬推出。Monsoon由公司執行董事黃成安持有33%權益，故根據上市規則第14A章為關連人士。
