泛海控股(000046.SZ)：東方金誠信用評級委員會決定將公司主體信用等級由BB下調至C
格隆匯8月31日丨泛海控股(000046.SZ)公佈，東方金誠國際信用評估有限公司(“東方金誠”)根據 信用評級相關制度分別於2021年8月27日、2021年8月30日對公司主體及公司發行的“17泛海MTN001”、“18泛海MTN001”、“19泛控01”、“19泛控02”、“20泛控01”、“20泛控02”、“20泛控03”、“18海控01”進行了不定期跟蹤信用評級，評級結果具體如下：
1、根據東方金誠於2021年8月27日出具的《東方金誠國際信用評估有限公司關於下調泛海控股股份有限公司主體及相關債項信用等級的公吿》（東方金誠公吿［2021］200號）、《東方金誠國際信用評估有限公司關於下調泛海控股股份有限公司主體及“18海控01”信用等級的公吿》（東方金誠公吿［2021］201號），東方金誠信用評級委員會決定將公司主體信用等級由A下調至BB，評級展望維持負面，將“17泛海MTN001”、“18泛海MTN001”、“19泛控01”、“19泛控02”、“20泛控01”、“20泛控02”、“20泛控03”、“18海控01”的債項信用等級由A下調至BB。
2、根據東方金誠於2021年8月30日出具的《東方金誠國際信用評估有限公司關於下調泛海控股股份有限公司主體及相關債項信用等級的公吿》(東方金誠公吿［2021］203號、205號)、《東方金誠國際信用評估有限公司關於下調泛海控股股份有限公司主體及“18海控01”信用等級的公吿》(東方金誠公吿［2021］204號)，東方金誠信用評級委員會決定將公司主體信用等級由BB下調至C，將“17泛海MTN001”、“18泛海MTN001”、“19泛控01”、“19泛控02”、“20泛控01”、“20泛控02”、“20泛控03”、“18海控01”的債項信用等級由BB下調至C。
