網易-S(09999.HK)第二季度淨收入達205億元 淨利潤35億元
格隆匯8月31日丨網易-S(09999.HK)公佈截至2021年6月30日的第二季度未經審計財務業績，淨收入為人民幣205億元(32億美元)，同比增加12.9%。其中，在線遊戲服務淨收入為人民幣145億元(23億美元)，同比增加5.1%；有道淨收入為人民幣13億元(2.003億美元)，同比增加107.5%；創新及其他業務淨收入為人民幣47億元(7.284億美元)，同比增加26.0%。
報吿期內，毛利潤為人民幣112億元(17億美元)，同比增加14.3%；營業費用合計為人民幣74億元(12億美元)，同比增加32.2%；歸屬於公司股東的淨利潤為人民幣35億元(5.485億美元)。非公認會計准則下歸屬於公司股東的淨利潤為人民幣42億元(6.548億美元)；基本每股淨利潤為0.16美元(基本每股美國存托股淨利潤為0.82美元)。非公認會計准則下基本每股淨利潤為0.20美元(基本每股美國存托股淨利潤為0.98美元)。董事會批准了2021年第二季度股利，為每股0.0480美元(每股美國存托股0.2400美元)，將分別以美元支付給，於北京和紐約時間2021年9月14日休市後登記在冊的普通股持有人和美國存托股持有人。
2021年第二季度和近期，網易推出了一系列新遊戲，繼續擴大用户規模和豐富遊戲產品線：《永劫無間》於8月在全球上線後登頂Steam熱銷商品榜榜首。其他新遊戲包括：《無盡的拉格朗日》、《寶可夢大探險》、《漫威超級戰爭》和《王牌競速》等，深受玩家好評。
本季度，旗艦遊戲產品如《夢幻西遊》和《大話西遊》系列，以及其它熱門遊戲產品如《明日之後》、《陰陽師》和《決戰！平安京》等人氣不減。手遊新品《哈利波特：魔法覺醒》宣佈將於9月9日推出。該遊戲由網易和華納兄弟聯合開發，以Portkey Games品牌推出。即將推出的新品還包括有：《超激鬥夢境》、《The Lord of the Rings: Rise to War》、《暗黑破壞神®：不朽™》和《倩女幽魂隱世錄》等。
“我們的各項業務在二季度繼續蓬勃發展，淨收入達人民幣205億元，同比增長約12.9％，”網易公司首席執行官兼董事丁磊先生説，“我們已有的遊戲產品在去年的高基準上依然保持着穩健增長，我們對即將推出的豐富的新產品倍感興奮，這將繼續夯實網易遊戲在行業中的領先地位。今年下半年起，我們推出了數款熱門遊戲，其中《永劫無間》吸引了全球遊戲熱愛者的廣泛關注。《哈利波特：魔法覺醒》手遊已確定於9月9日上線，我們期待着在今年稍晚推出更多精品遊戲。此外，網易雲音樂通過不斷在內容生態和產品創新方面的發力，持續加深用户在音樂社區的參與度。”丁磊先生總結道。
