智能化、電動化及國際化戰略成效顯著，三一國際(00631.HK)中期銷售收入達49.8億元，同比增長30.6%
(2021年8月31日)-三一重裝國際控股有限公司(以下簡稱"三一國際"或"公司"； 股份代號：00631.HK) 發佈2021年中期業績。截至2021年6月30日，公司實現銷售收入人民幣49.8億元，同比增長30.6%；淨利潤為人民幣8.3億元，同比增長29.8%；經營現金流8.4億元，同比增長28.9%。
報吿期內銷售收入較去年同期增長顯著，主要由於公司智能化、電動化產 品推向市場後，獲得市場廣泛認可，帶動了公司掘進機、綜採及小港機產品銷量增加；公司寬體車、伸縮臂叉車等產品海外拓展成果顯著，帶動公司海外銷售收入快速增長；公司機器人等新業務收入亦大幅增加。
公司上半年諸多新品實現批量銷售，礦山裝備板塊新品智能掘進機，實現首個工作面貫通，井下連續作業時長大幅提升；智能採煤機，井下使用性能優異；80T、100T 寬體車投入市場運行，系列化產品型譜已經形成；第二套錦界礦純水支架產品完成驗收，首拓國能集團以外新客户，並新籤大額訂單。物流裝備板塊完成珠海港、蕪湖港、深圳海星港、太倉港自動化碼頭產品交付，並助力國內首個內河水鐵聯運陽邏國際港開港通車；無人集卡率先實現無安全員跟車的港口商業化運營；小港機突破國鐵等一批重點鐵路大客户。機器人板塊增速更為明顯，其中智能產線收入超過3.7億元，智慧物流AGV控制系統關鍵技術獲得突破，並完成AGV調度系統開發。智慧礦山板塊已在 3 家露天礦開展無人駕駛運輸試運行，投入10 台無人礦車，下半年無人駕駛車隊規模擴展至 20 台，搶先實現無人駕駛商業化運營。
在經營業績大幅提升的同時，公司深入推進的數字化轉型，將在產品數字化方面，運用預測性維護、遠程操控、決策管理等前沿技術為客户不斷創造附加價值。運營管理數字化方面，公司通過核心業務數字化，不斷提升內部運營效率和管理水平、並運用營銷風控數字化手段提前預防及管控貨款風險。生產製造數字化方面，隨着4座燈塔工廠今年的陸續投產，將使得公司實現產能翻倍，自動化率最高提升至80%以上。
未來公司核心增長點清晰明確，主要將源自於三個方面：一是在全新的機器人及智礦業務上提前佈局，主動發力，搶佔先發優勢；二是在已經具備相對優勢的掘進機、小港機產品上持續進行技術升級，引領行業發展；三是在傳統市場空間巨大的寬體車、支架、大港機等領域，通過不斷加大研發和資源投入，在新工藝及核心技術上取得突破，用差異化、高性價比產品建立絕對的競爭優勢，成為行業第一梯隊領導者。
