卓越教育集團(03978.HK)公佈中期業績，各項業務已恢復，營收同比增長42.5%
格隆匯8月31日丨卓越教育集團(03978.HK)公佈中期業績，截至2021年6月30日止6個月，自公司的主要業務而產生的集團收益由截至2020年上半年的人民幣7.69億元上升42.5%至約人民幣10.96億元。與2020年上半年相比，小班輔導、個性化輔導收益上升主要是由於學生人次及輔導課時增加所帶來的；全日制複習項目的下降是由於受高考改革影響招生人次所致。
截 至2020年上半年，集團的毛利率為35.6%，報吿期間為38.5%。毛利率上升主要由於(i)輔導班滿班率及班均人數提升，(ii)個性化輔導師均輔導課時提升，(iii)課室使用率提升。
受廣州疫情復發影響，小班課程由線下迅速轉到線上後，集團仍發揮了強大的運營能力，公司在高質量的教學基礎上，寒續春的續讀率依然保持在較高的水準，表明公司的教學效果及課程體驗得到家長及學生認可，為我們線上線下教育服務及產品("OMO")的教學模式建立口碑。整體來看，2021年上半年公司各項業務已恢復，營收增長符合預期。
於報吿期內，個性化輔導課程總營收為人民幣4.71億元。上半年，公司舉辦了大型直播活動，持續打磨和更新產品，結合週末線下、週中線上的OMO課程，針對性地幫助學生提高學習效率，因此公司在拓科及轉介紹上取得較好的成績。其中，一對三課程表現更為突出，公司持續投入優質資源，不斷優化教學模式，提升教學服務，從而提高學生報讀熱情，建立良好口碑。
OMO方面，上半年公司聚焦於獨特的產品優勢，開展OMO新探索模式。集團憑藉本地化教研優勢，持續豐富線上專項產品，打通期末備戰班課程，滿足學生及家長線上學習需求，極大提升了線上續讀率。公司希望打開顧客對卓越線上教育的認知，"以學生為中心"實現可持續的有競爭力的卓越在線增長模式。
集團始終秉持"培養卓越素質，助力國家未來"的使命，積極舉辦各類國學文化活動和開展產品合作項目，進一步幫助學生全面提升學習能力及核心素養，提升集團影響力及品牌辨識度。
截至2021年6月30日，公司的培訓中心數目為276間。集團採取了靈活的開店策略，助力各項業務健康發展。

2021年5月中下旬廣州新冠疫情復發，集團主動響應黨和政府的號召，積極投身並參與新冠肺炎疫情防控工作，在慈善捐贈、物資供應、復工復產、志願服務等方面均為廣州市疫情防控工作作出了貢獻，並多次開展疫情防控公益活動，如：雲山龍小疫苗接種現場為一線醫護人員公益插傘。
