格隆匯8月31日丨廣安愛眾(600979.SH)公佈,近日,公司發行了2021年度第一期中期票據(債券簡稱:21廣安愛眾MTN001,債券代碼102100788)。本期中期票據發行額為3億元人民幣,單位面值為100元人民幣,發行票面利率為5.45%,期限為3+2年,即:第3年,投資者具有回售選擇權和發行人調整利率選擇權。若投資者和發行人都不行使權利,本期中期票據可以繼續存續2年。
本期中期票據募集的資金將用於公司及所屬公司償還到期債務及補充流動資金等。
