格隆匯8月30日丨中國銀河(06881.HK)公吿，2021年上半年，集團實現收入及其他收益人民幣194.58億元，同比增長34.00%，歸屬公司擁有人的淨利潤人民幣42.55億元，同比增長19.77%；加權平均淨資產收益率5.11%，同比增加0.22個百分點。
公司有效應對市場環境的不斷變化，以更深層次的改革激發經營活力，以更嚴密的舉措加強風險管理，全面提升核心競爭力，以黨建引領業務發展，堅持踐行"雙輪驅動，協同發展"的業務模式，各項業務呈現良好的發展態勢。其中，財富管理業務堅定不移推動轉型，投資銀行業務加快推進第二階段改革，融資融券業務創收穩步增長，投資管理業務實現多元化發展，取得較好投資業績，資產管理業務強化自主管理能力並深化產品佈局，國際業務收入持續增長，盈利能力顯著增強。
截至報吿期末，集團總資產人民幣4,871.96億元，歸屬於公司擁有人權益人民幣927.20億元。
報吿期內，公司繼續深化"+互聯網"，持續發展機構化交易，機構交易佔比由2017年4.67%穩步提升至14.59%。公司探索總部驅動的平台化發展模式，上線績效考核平台、財富管理平台、股權管理系統等，充分賦能投顧專業需求，打造公司產品和服務矩陣。公司進一步豐富"財富星"產品體系，通過提升總分專業財富管理能力和客户服務能力來改善客户體驗、建立品牌形象。截至報吿期末，公司擁有經紀業務客户1,283萬户，同比增長10.2%，實現證券經紀業務收入及其他收益人民幣68.38億元，同比增長6.94%。公司2021年上半年實現代理買賣證券業務淨收入(含席位)人民幣24.7億元，排名第7，較上年下降1名，市佔率4.25%，代理買賣證券業務淨收入(不含席位)排名第3，與上年相比排名保持不變。報吿期內，公司組建了從總部到分支機構的垂直業務梯隊，對代銷金融產品協同開展業務。
同時，公司持續推進產品中心建設，進一步優化與改進代銷金融產品業務管理模式、系統功能和業務流程。目前，公司代銷金融產品業務以客户需求為導向，通過調整產品結構，提升產品創設能力，在提升公司服務能力、改善公司收入結構方面起到積極作用，成為公司推進財富管理轉型的驅動引擎。
