格隆匯8月30日丨希慎興業(00014.HK)公吿,截至2021年6月30日止六個月,公司營業額18.34億港元,同比減少7.4%;期間溢利7.81億港元,上年同期虧損26.58億港元;每股盈利50港仙,宣佈派發第一次中期股息每股27港仙。
由虧轉盈主要由於集團及其聯營公司的投資物業在期內的公平值變動所致。
於2021年6月30日,公司的寫字樓及商鋪業務組合的出租率分別為93%(承租率:95%)及97%(承租率:97%),而住宅業務的出租率則為73%。
