渣打與聯易融(9959.HK)宣佈籌建合資公司：打造區塊鏈驅動的數字化貿易金融平台 推動可持續貿易金融
渣打集團與中國領先的供應鏈金融科技解決方案提供商——聯易融數字科技集團有限公司(下稱“聯易融”)聯合宣佈，雙方將共同籌建合資公司——浩立。渣打和聯易融將依託浩立打造一個以區塊鏈驅動的全面數字化貿易金融平台，匯聚並吸引對供應鏈金融業務相關資產類別感興趣的機構投資者。目前，合資公司的成立正在相關審批流程中。
浩立的總部將設在新加坡，由來自渣打集團旗下的創新、風投和金融科技投資部門——渣打創投(SC Ventures)的伍榮梅(Amelia Ng)出任浩立的首席執行官，聯易融副董事長兼首席風險官周家瓊擔任公司副首席執行官。
基於對資產價值的深刻洞察，浩立將運用新興科技實現風控能力的提升，搭建一個全面數字化貿易金融平台，一方面為供應鏈生態內的鏈屬企業提供一種透明、快速且無摩擦的融資途徑；另一方面，浩立將為投資者提供安全高效的投資選擇，幫助他們獲得與項目風險狀況相符的回報。投資者可以通過平台在全球範圍內(尤其是在亞洲)獲取全方位的貿易金融資產。
“作為領先的國際銀行集團，渣打擁有國際貿易與風險管理的專業經驗，更在長期發展中對亞洲、非洲和中東市場具備深刻洞察，結合聯易融在供應鏈科技方面上的創新，浩立將融合雙方的獨特優勢，成為重塑貿易金融一股積極的力量。”伍榮梅表示，“浩立通過將供應商的融資需求與來自投資者的另類投資需求相匹配，例如尋求與實體經濟相關且有吸引力的資產類別的機構投資者，從而帶來一種創新的貿易金融模式。”

2019年2月，渣打與聯易融正式開展合作，雙方共同簽署合作備忘錄，探索供應鏈金融生態系統的創新解決方案。2019年8月，渣打和聯易融完成首筆聯合深層次供應鏈金融交易，迄今該項目已獲得多項國際獎項認可。2020年1月，渣打宣佈對聯易融進行戰略投資，這是渣打首次在中國投資供應鏈金融科技平台。
