《大行報告》高盛上調中國建材(03323.HK)目標價至14.3元 評級「買入」
高盛發表研究報告,升中國建材(03323.HK)2021至2023年經常性盈測介乎1%至3%,以反映因供應更具紀律性,8月起單位盈利前景改善。
報告稱,因應水泥利潤率於夏季跌幅大於預期,更多地區自行限產及未來迎來季節性旺季,料帶動利潤見底回升,但大部分地區料難以回復至2020年第四季水平。
在行業中,高盛最看好中建材,認為其有望迎來估值重評,源自其持續減債、減撥備的趨勢,以及更多來自水泥業重組的潛在協同,維持「買入」評級,目標價由14元升至14.3元。
