瑞港建設(06816.HK)中期純利481萬港元 同比減少29%
格隆匯8月27日丨瑞港建設(06816.HK)公佈,截至2021年6月30日止六個月,公司收益9.83億港元,同比增長98.4%;公司擁有人應占溢利481萬港元,同比減少29%。
收益增長乃由於(i)海事建築工程的收益增加約9220萬港元,其主要來自澳門的項目;(ii)一般建築業務自青島產生的收益增加約4.94億港元;及(iii)由於該等項目大部分於本期間前已完成,因此部分被海事相關附屬服務的收益下降所抵銷。
