新東方在線(01797.HK)公佈中期業績 總營收增加31.3% 研發開支增加40.1%
格隆匯8月27日丨新東方在線(01797.HK)公佈，截至2021年6月30日止六個月，得益於公司的長期增長戰略以及為提升教育產品及服務而採取的有效措施，付費學生人次繼續增加至389萬人，同比增長36.5%。淨總營收由2020財年的人民幣10.8億元增加31.3%至報吿期間的人民幣14.2億元。
公司的研發開支增加40.1%至2021財年的人民幣4.44億元，主要由於公司的業務戰略需要合資格研發人員、技術人員及工程師以支持公司擴張，導致員工成本增加所致。
在大學教育分部，隨着疫情影響的緩解，公司繼續受到優化產品線及海外考場逐步開放的積極影響。在K-12教育分部，K-12分部的淨總營收及付費學生人次同比分別增加166.7%及78.6%。公司大學分部的課程包括大學考試備考及海外備考課程。公司的課程主要供正準備應考統一考試或尋求提高英語能力的大學學生及在職專業人士。於報吿期間，公司繼續改善產品結構，推出新的大學備考及海外備考產品及服務，使正式課程的每名付費學生平均開支由2020財年的人民幣1,222元增加至報吿期間的人民幣1,303元。
公司的綜合K-12課程設置（包括主要為新東方在線的K-12課程及DFUB）提供校外輔導課程，當中涵蓋中國小學至高中的大部分標準學校學科。公司亦提供專為高等學校招生全國統一考試而設的備考課程。公司的課程乃專為於中國小學至高中學校接受標準教育課程的K-12學生精心設計。公司於K-12分部整體的付費學生人次同比增加78.6%。具體而言，新東方在線的K-12課程的付費學生人次同比增加66.8%，而DFUB課程的付費學生人次同比增加102.0%。於2021年5月31日，DFUB已進入中國27個省的273個城市。
公司表示，為應對中國乃至全球教育行業格局的變動，我們一直在轉變戰略重心，積極調整業務線及服務範圍，從傳統的輔導科目轉向更具創新性、素質為本及更全面的在線校外教育產品及服務。於報吿期間及未來數年，我們的戰略營運及業務發展已經並將繼續發生如下轉變：
